Description

It is the sole product used to achieve the best results in vehicle wrapping, its most common application. Vinyls generally have a thin structure, but those used in cast vinyl printing are even thinner. This thinness does not compromise the material’s durability; on the contrary, it is made from a highly durable material. It has an extremely flexible structure and elasticity, allowing successful application even on non-flat surfaces. It can be applied without issues to indented, protruding, channeled, and cornered areas. There are three types: full cast vinyl, semi-cast vinyl, and flat surface vinyl. After the process is completed and customer approval is obtained, lamination can be applied to achieve more durable and aesthetic results.

It is generally used in vehicle wrapping, i.e., completely covering vehicles with advertising images. It is also an ideal technique for changing the color of vehicles. Additionally, regionally placing logos on vehicles is also done using cast vinyl printing.
